The owners of The Butcher Block located in Prineville, Oregon are Remington and Jenna Pike. The Pikes are also owners of Splitting Aces Livestock and have been selling their meat for the past six years. The meat is grass-fed, grass-finished or grass-fed, grain finished beef with no antibiotics or hormones and USDA. In addition, Remington and Jenna raise pork also with no hormones or antibiotics. And of course chicken and eggs!
