Please stay tuned for our re-opening!  The butcher shop has been given the green light from the structural engineer.  But the smokehouse will have to be rebuilt from the ground up.  Once the electricity is restored the butcher shop will be able to be open and we will be back in business!  We are grateful for all of your support.  Coming soon!

All of our meat cuts are hand cut daily by one of our butchers.  We offer special orders!  All of our Jerkey, Pepperoni, Summer Sausage, and Balony are made from scratch, in house, by our Smokehouse Master.  
 


Now a bit 'About Us' !

On September 6, 2022, F5 Smokehouse changed ownership from John and Candace Frantz to Remington and Jenna Pike.  The Pikes are owners of Splitting Aces Livestock  and have been selling their meat for the past six years.  The meat is grass-fed, grass-finished beef with no antibiotics or hormones.  In addition, Remington and Jenna raise pork also with no hormones or antibiotics.  And of course chicken and eggs!

For the past two years the couple began looking into owning their own butcher shop, taking the process from bringing local raised meats into a shop by processing them and selling them to Central Oregonians.  Remington and Jenna connected with John and Candace and the dream of Remington and Jenna has now become a reality. 

F5 Smokehouse has the fresh  meat retail counter as well as frozen meat retail.  In addition, F5 processes and hangs wild game for hunters in the community.  Wild game can be processed into smoked meats and cut and wrapped for the customer.  Wild game are placed in a dedicated cooler. 

The F5 famous summer sausage, jerky, bratwurst and pork sausage will continue to be made in-house.   Remington and Jenna want to keep their customers happy!
